Kevin focuses his practice on building plans that hold up over generations — and that the next generation can actually use. Most of his clients are Washington families and small-business owners.
Background
Kevin joined Scheibmeir, Kelly & Nelson in 2022 and focuses his practice on estate planning, business law, and real property. He works closely with Washington families and small-business owners to build plans that hold up over generations.
Before joining SKN, Kevin practiced at a regional firm in Seattle, where he represented family-owned businesses through generational transitions and counseled clients on the integration of estate planning with business succession. He received his J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law (cum laude, 2018) and his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Whitworth University.
Kevin is admitted to practice in Washington State and is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the Real Property, Probate & Trust Section, and the Lewis County Bar Association.
Outside the office, Kevin coaches youth basketball, volunteers with the Lewis County Historical Museum, and is rebuilding a 1920s Craftsman bungalow a few blocks from the office.

A few notes
"I grew up in this part of Washington. My favorite part of this work is sitting at someone's kitchen table and helping them get something done that they've been putting off for years."
